Planning Board Public Hearing Notice

Special Permit – Shared Driveway, 10 Worthen Drive

   In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A, §§ 9 and 11, M. G. L., and the Code of the Town of Groton, Chapter 218, the Groton Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at 7:00 PM, in the Town Hall, 173 Main Street, to consider the application submitted by Jodie M. Gilson under the provisions of Groton Zoning Bylaw Section 218-8.1F Shared Driveways.  The applicant proposes to construct a shared driveway which will serve two lots on Worthen Drive, Assessors’ Parcels 221-14.2 and 221-14.3.  The shared driveway will be constructed of compacted gravel and will be located along the centerline of the existing gravel access drive at 10 Worthen Drive. The proposed driveway is shown on the plan entitled, “Proposed Site Plan - Shared Driveway” prepared for Jodie M. Gilson by Dillis & Roy Civil Design Group, dated January 8, 2025.

   Copies of the application and plan are on file in the Planning Board office and the Town Clerk’s office in the Town Hall.
