Jodie Gilson, Worthen Drive
In accordance with the provisions of the Code of the Town of Groton, Chapter 198, the Earth Removal Stormwater Advisory Committee will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at 6:30 PM in Town Hall, 173 Main Street, to consider the application submitted by Jodie Gilson for approval of a Full Stormwater Management Permit for construction of 16-foot-wide shared driveway to provide access to two (2) single family dwellings as shown on the plan entitled, “Proposed Site Plan, Shared Driveway, Worthen Drive, Groton, Massachusetts,” dated January 8, 2025, prepared by Dillis and Roy, for property owned by Jodie Gilson, Assessors Map 221, Parcels 14, 14.2. 14.3, Worthen Drive.
Copies of the application and plan are on file in the Land Use Department in the Town Hall. The Town of Groton does not discriminate on the basis of disability. Further, a signed translation of this public hearing will be provided for the hearing impaired upon request by contacting the Planning Board at (978) 448-1105 at least ten days prior to the hearing.
