PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

   In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Dunstable Local Wetland Bylaw, as amended, the Dunstable Conservation Commission (DCC) will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, March 10, 2025, 6:35pm to consider a Notice of Intent (NOI) filed by Massachusetts Electric Company. The applicant proposes to replace existing transmission line structures that have become obsolete. The Project is proposed on property owned by The Massachusetts Electric Company and on other properties where the Massachusetts Electric Company holds utility easements along the ROW between Pleasant Street Extension and Unkety Brook. Copies of the NOI may be examined or obtained at the office of the DCC, located at 511 Main Street, Dunstable MA 01827 or from the applicant’s representative by calling Stephen Herzog, at (508) 513-2714.
