PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Dunstable Conservation Commission

   In accordance with the provisions of the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. c.131 § 40, its associated Regulations (310 CMR 10.00) and the Town of Dunstable General Wetland Bylaw, the Dunstable Conservation Commission will hold a joint public hearing at its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at 6:30pm in the Town Hall lower level, to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Brian & Kelly Dinneen for their property located at 114 Hardy Street, Map 20, Blocks 6,7,8 Lot 0. The applicants propose to cut trees and raze a shed to install a new subsurface sewage disposal system and grading within the 100 ft Buffer Zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland and 200 ft. Riverfront Area.
