   In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 315 and 319 of the Code of Groton, the Board of Health will hold a public hearing on Monday, February 2, 2026, at 7 PM in the Town Hall to consider proposed amendments to Chapter 315 of the Code of the Town of Groton, Subsurface Sewage Disposal Regulations and repeal of Chapter 319 of the Code of the Town of Groton, Swimming Pools Regulations.

   Copies of the proposed amendments to the regulations are on file in the Town Clerk’s office in the Town Hall. The Town of Groton does not discriminate based on disability.  A signed translation of this public hearing will be provided for the hearing impaired upon request by contacting ADA Coordinator Michelle Collette at (978) 448-1105 at least one week prior to the hearing.
