PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE

At its scheduled meeting on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at 6:35pm in the Town Hall lower level, the Dunstable Conservation Commission will consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) to expand the driveway and parking area at 238 Pleasant Street. Request submitted by Jay Parikh of 238 Pleasant Street, Dunstable, MA 01827. The Commission will make its determination in accordance with the provisions of the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. c.131 § 40, its associated Regulations (310 CMR 10.00) and the Town of Dunstable General Wetland Bylaw.
