Notice of Simplified Waterways License Certification Application
pursuant to 310 CMR 9.10 21-WW-PRE-0219-APP
NOTIFICATION DATE: DECEMBER 24, 2021
      Public notice is hereby given of the application for Certification to the Simplified Waterways License by Mark Walker to reconstruct/maintain an existing dock and retaining wall in the waters of Knops Pond at 267 Whiley Road, Groton, MA 01450, South Middlesex County.
     The Groton Conservation Commission will consider all written comments on this Waterways application received within 30 days of the “Notification Date”. Please contact Ryan Proctor at Dillis and Roy Civil Design Group
(978-779-6091) with any questions relative to the proposed project.
