In accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40C, the Groton Historic Districts Commission (GHDC) will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 3, 2014, at 7:00 p.m. at Town Hall, 173 Main Street, Groton, to consider the application submitted by 128 Main Street LLC for a Certificate of Appropriateness for construction of the Groton Inn and seven accessory buildings. In addition to the eight buildings (totaling 55,000 sq. ft.) there will be landscaping changes incorporating both soft-scape and hard-scape, as well as new lighting, at 128 Main Street (Assessors Map 113 - Parcel 10), Groton, Massachusetts. Property owner: Pergantis RealtyTrust, 128 Main Street, Groton, MA.

In accordance with the provisions of the Wetlands Protection Act, MGL Ch. 131, §40, as amended, and the Town of Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at 7:30 PM at the Groton Town Hall, 2nd floor meeting room, 173 Main Street, to consider a Notice of Intent (NOI) submitted by 128 Main Street, LLC for the construction of a new Inn, tavern and rental units along with stormwater controls and removal of waste materials within the buffer zone. The property is located at 128 Main Street on Groton Assessors' Parcel 113-10.
Copies of the NOI are on file in the Commission office in the Town Hall.
