Boys and Girls Basketball Midland-Wachusett B Division honors

Celina Antonellis - Recipient of the Midland Wachusettt Academic All-Star Award; Lindsay Werner - Midland-Wachusett B Division All-Star Team; Matt Tornaritis - Midland-Wachusett B Division All-Star Team; Corey Romich - Midland-Wachusett B Division All-Star Team.

Central Mass. Division 2 Boys Basketball

In the MiAA Quarterfinal Round No. 1 seeded Concord-Carlisle (18-2), led by Jamir Henderson (26 pts.), Joe Crowley (15 pts.) and Blaine Taylor (11 pts.) defeated No. 8 Groton-Dunstable, 77-44. GD freshman Gavin Keough had 15 points and five rebounds for the Crusaders (8-12). Senior Bobby Flanagan and sophomore Corey Romich scored 10 and seven points respectively. Concord-Carlisle defeated No. 4 St. Bernard's (13-8) 65-53 in the Semifinals and will face No. 7 Hopkinton (13-9) for the C-Mass. title on March 8 at WPI.
