GDXC girls remain undefeated with a 5-0, 5-0 Midland B record. "This was a tough race because we ran without our captain and 2nd place runner, Emily McAuliffe.," shared coach Colleen Naboicheck. Freshman Emily Willson has earned her fourth 1st place finish.
"We race our final dual meet on October 20th against Westborough where we hope to finish our season undefeated," commented Naboicheck(5-0, 5-0 Midland B).
Boys Cross Country
GD 20, Marlborough 43-Marlborough freshman Bryan Oram scorched the 3.1-mile GD course in 17:55, but the Crusaders took second, third and fifth with Nick Odell (18:05), Ben Hauk (18:26) and Zack Gavel (18:54) respectively to take the meet.
Field Hockey
Marlborough 0, GD 0-Kerri Morris had 19 saves for visiting Marlboro (2-10-1, 0-6-1 Midland B). Senior Alyssa Briggs (5 saves) Records: 4-4-2, 2-2-2.
