The Townsend Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on June 12, 2024, 7:35pm to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Meisner Brem Corp. and owned by Kevin O`leary for property located at 2 Capricorn Ln Townsend MA, Map 53, Lot 50.4. The project proposal consists of the re-development of an existing single-family house. The existing deck in the rear of the house will be removed. An addition will be added to the house, and a new deck will be constructed. Work will take place within the 200-ft Riverfront Area of Witch Brook, and the 100-ft buffer zone of a bordering vegetated buffer. This hearing is being conducted jointly in accordance with the mandates of MGL Ch. 131 §40, as amended, and the Townsend Wetlands Bylaws and Regulations.     At its regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at 7:00pm in the Town Hall Second Level, the Townsend Conservation Commission will consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) to replace and upgrade an existing septic system with a 1,500 septic tank, 1,000 gallon septic tank and leaching facility.  Request submitted by Dillis & Roy Civil Design Group on behalf of Tom & Susan Liddle at 49 Edward Rd.
